Antoinette entered the equestrian world relatively recent, acquiring her first two local horses in 2008—an experience that sparked a lasting passion for the sport. In 2015, she established a small riding school in Negros Occidental, Happy Horse Farms, where she focuses on working with local, rescued, and adopted horses. Her long-term vision is to contribute to the development of equestrian sports at the grassroots level in the Philippines.
Her professional journey has consistently been rooted in animal welfare and environmental advocacy. She previously served as a Trustee of the Philippine Reef and Rainforest Conservation Foundation before stepping down to join the Talarak Foundation in 2017, where she is more deeply engaged in terrestrial conservation—an area she is particularly passionate about.
In addition to her work in conservation, Antoinette is a dairy farmer, entrepreneur, retailer, and writer.
While not a competitive rider, she continues to expand her involvement in the equestrian community and is currently training to become an accredited official.
