Janine Santos-Felix is a Filipino equestrian, former national athlete, and experienced show jumping coach. She represented the Philippines in international competitions from 1995 to 2004, including the 2004 Southeast Asian Games Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and won Team Dressage Silver and Team Show Jumping Bronze at the 1997 Southeast Asian Games in Chang Mai, Thailand.

As founder and head coach of Team Equisport, she has spent over 20 years developing riders who compete locally and internationally, while also mentoring future officials and veterinarians. She continues to shape the next generation of athletes, with riders under her guidance achieving international success, including a gold medal at the 2025 CSI-JB Princess Cup in Bangkok, Thailand.
